Results of AGM
All the resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting held today of
Creston PLC were passed.
As reported in the Chairman's Statement in the Report and Accounts, Michael
Robotham and Charles Bunker have resigned with effect from today (24 July
2001) following the successful refocusing of the Company.
