Creston plc (the "Company"), the Insight and Communications group, is pleased to announce that, at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 5 September 2011, all proposed resolutions were passed.

The Board is also pleased to announce Andrew Dougal's acceptance to become the Senior Independent Director.  The Board is currently interviewing candidates to replace Malcolm Wall as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and will announce the appointment of his successor in due course.
