On 7 March 2002, the Company was informed that Everett Financial Management
Limited ('Everett') had sold to its clients 126,000 ordinary shares of the
Company. Everett retains an interest in 874,000 ordinary shares of the Company,
representing approximately 4.22 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital
of the Company.

EverettInvest Limited, an affilliated company of Everett, continues to be
interested in 200,000 ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately
0.97 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.

The aggregate interest of Everett and EverettInvest Limited amounts to 1,074,000
ordinary shares of the Company representing approximately 5.19 per cent. of the
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
