Date set for High Court approval for de-merger of Diamond Interests
The Directors of Conroy Diamonds and Gold plc advise that the High Court in
Ireland has set the date for the hearing of the petition re the Scheme of
arrangement relating to the de-merger of the Company's diamond interests into
Karelian Diamond Resources plc. The Court date is set for 26th July 2004.
Shareholders are advised therefore that, subject to the High Court sanctioning
the Scheme, the record date for the de-merger has been set for 23rd July 2004 as
provided for in the circular to shareholders dated 15 June 2004.
