Details of new directors
As announced on 4 September David Cheesman, Sarah Carter and Colin Bradley
were appointed to the board of Harrier Group as Chief Operating Director,
Marketing Director and Sales Director respectively.
David Frederick Cheesman (aged 46) founded Zeuros in the early 1990's
following a lengthy career in the IT industry. After Harrier's acquisition of
Zeuros, David has joined the management team of Harrier Zeuros as Professional
Services Director.
David has been a director or partner of the following companies during the
past five years:

Sarah Louise Carter, BA(Hons) (aged 29) joined Harrier in 1994 and was
appointed as Director of marketing in 1998. She previously worked for IBM and
a Canadian software vendor. She has a degree in Business Studies from
Sheffield Business School.
Sarah has been a director or partner of the following companies during the
past five years:

Colin Bradley, BA (aged 35) joined Harrier in 1996. He has 12 years of sales
and marketing experience and focuses on Harrier Networks' larger accounts.
Prior to joining Harrier, he held a number of sales positions with IT
companies in the UK.
Colin has been a director or partner of the following companies during the
past five years:

Additional information
Neither David Cheesman nor Sarah Carter nor Colin Bradley have:
(i) got any unspent convictions for any indictable offences;
(ii) been declared bankrupt or made any voluntary arrangement with his
creditors;
(iii)been a director of a company at the time or within twelve months
preceding any receivership, compulsory liquidation, creditors'
voluntary liquidation, administration or voluntary arrangement of
that company or any composition or arrangement with that company's
creditors generally or any class of creditors;
(iv) been a partner in a partnership at the time of or within twelve
months preceding any compulsory liquidation, administration or
voluntary arrangement of that partnership;
(v) had any assets which have been subject to a receivership or been a
partner in a partnership at the time of or within twelve months
preceding an asset of the partnership being subject to a
receivership; or
(vi) been publicly criticised by any statutory or regulatory authority
(including any recognised professional body) or been disqualified by
a court from acting as a director of, or in the management
or conduct of the affairs of, any company.
