Cancellation of admission from trading on AIM
Pursuant to the announcement made by EMC Computer Systems (UK) Limited on 3
April 2008 in which it declared its offer for Conchango wholly unconditional,
Conchango today confirms, in accordance with the AIM rules, that EMC Computer
Systems (UK) Limited has received valid acceptances from shareholders holding
more than 75% of the issued share capital of Conchango.
Cancellation of admission from trading on AIM will take effect at 7.00 a.m. on
7 May 2008.
