                        RESULTS OF PLACING & OPEN OFFER


By  3.00 pm on 8 May 2000, valid applications under the open offer made by the
Company  on  12  April 2000 had been received in respect of 1,633,368  shares.
This  represents 87.0 per cent of the shares available under  the  open  offer
that were not subject to irrevocable undertakings not to take up.

The  total number of shares in issue following the Placing and Open  Offer  is
28,565,018.   The new Shares are expected to commence trading on AIM  at  8.00
a.m. on Friday, 12 May 2000.
