Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company has been notified of the following transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") in ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the share capital of the Company ("Shares").

On 28 March 2019, the Company's Chief Financial Officer and a PDMR, sold and bought 165,000 Shares at a price of £1.4026 to facilitate the transfer of Shares between two broking accounts where the beneficial interest in the Shares did not change.

Mr Schulkes' shareholding remains unchanged at 165,000 Shares.

The attached notification, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, gives further detail.
