Acquisition of Shares by Director

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it today received notification that 30,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") were purchased for the account of Preston Rabl, Director, at an average price of 116.709p per Share on 13 May 2010.

Following this transaction, Preston Rabl's holding in the Company is 611,190 Shares representing 0.52% of the Company's total voting rights.
