Acquisition of Shares by Director

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it has received notification that Robert Ware, Chief Executive, today purchased 50,000 ordinary 5p shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 105p per Share. Following this transaction, his holding in the Company is 4,715,000 Shares representing 4.02% of the Company's total voting rights.
