THE CONYGAR INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC

CHANGE OF AUDITOR

The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or the "Company"), the property development and trading group, announces that it has appointed Saffery Champness LLP ("Saffery") as the Group's new external auditor with immediate effect.

Saffery will conduct the audit of the Group's financial statements for the financial year to 30 September 2020. Any proposal to re-appoint Saffery in respect of the financial year beginning 1 October 2020 will be subject to shareholder approval at the 2020 AGM.

In its letter of resignation, as auditor of the Group, Rees Pollock LLP confirmed there are no matters connected with their resignation which they consider should be brought to the attention of members or creditors of the Company.
