DIRECTOR DEALING

The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") announces that it received notification on 25 February 2014 that on that date Robert Ware, Chief Executive, transferred 210,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") from a Self-invested Personal Pension plan of which he is the sole beneficiary into his personal account. The transfer took place at a deemed price of £1.72 but does not represent a change in Mr Ware's beneficial interest in the Company which remains at 3,750,000 Shares (representing 4.22% of the Company's total voting rights).
