The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 29 June 2010 that on that date Preston Rabl, Corporate Director, purchased 50,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 106 pence per Share. Following this transaction, his holding in the Company is 661,190 Shares representing 0.56% of the Company's total voting rights.
