The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 5 July 2010 that on that date Robert Ware, Chief Executive, purchased 210,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 105 pence per Share. Following this transaction, his holding in the Company is 5,000,000 Shares representing 4.26% of the Company's total voting rights.
