The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 12 December 2012 that on 11 December 2012 Robert Ware, Chief Executive, transferred 2,000,000 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("shares") at a price of 86.5 pence per share to his adult children.  Following this transfer Mr Ware's beneficial interest in the Company will be 3,500,000 shares representing 3.87% of the Company's total voting rights.
