DISPOSAL TO MARSTON'S AT MARTELLO QUAYS, PEMBROKE DOCK
The Conygar Investment Company PLC (Conygar), the property investment and development group, is pleased to announce that contracts have been exchanged with Marston's Property Developments Limited (Marston's) for the sale of 0.7 acres for a public house.
The new Marston's family pub and restaurant will be built as part of Conygar's Martello Quays development at Pembroke Dock, Pembrokeshire, after planning consent has been obtained and other site-related conditions satisfied.
Marston's intends to submit this planning application as soon as possible for a 150-seat public house and restaurant, suitable for families and local residents.
Conygar believes the potential arrival of Marston's, one of the UK's leading independent pub operators and brewers, will widen the offer in the locality and significantly be the first step in its development in Pembroke Dock.
