The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar"), the property investment and development group, announces that it was notified on Wednesday, 21 January 2015 that Bimaljit Singh Sandhu has acquired 23,018 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Shares") and as such is the beneficial owner of 3,314,195 Shares in the capital of the Company. The shareholding equates to 4.001% of the issued share capital of the Company.
