PLANNING CONSENT GRANTED AT LLANDUDNO JUNCTION, NORTH WALES
The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar"), the property investment and development group, is pleased to announce that it has obtained a resolution to grant planning permission for its development at Llandudno Junction.
Conwy County Borough Council ("CCBC") resolved at its meeting on 10 February 2016 to grant outline permission for a new superstore and restaurant development, including the demolition of the existing structures and preparatory earthworks for the site, a retail superstore, a petrol filling station, 4 new restaurant units, a new access road from the A55, landscaping and infrastructure works.
The permission will be formally granted upon the signing of a S.106 agreement, the principles of which have already been agreed with CCBC.
