Following the Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") announcement on 8 June 2011 regarding the conversion of preference shares and the admission of shares today, the Company advises, in conformity with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 that, at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital comprises 103,012,802 ordinary shares of 5 pence each (excluding 20,337,981 shares held as treasury shares).  The Company's total number of ordinary shares with voting rights is 103,012,802.

The above figure of 103,012,802 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
