Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for 123,214 New Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be admitted to the
Official List. These shares are being issued following the exercise of 61,607
share options by each of the following Directors of the Company, Mr Derek King
and Mr Stuart Ferster, at an exercise price of 28p per share under the Savings
Related Option Scheme 1997.
Following these transactions the above named Directors now have the following
interests Company.

Mr Derek King 1,211,727 5.86%
Mr Stuart Ferster 3,098,367 14.98%
These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 10 October 2002.
