                               Additional Listing


Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK Listing
Authority for 13,130 new Ordinary Shares of 1p each to be admitted to trading on
the Official List.  These shares are being issued to an employee of the Company
under the 2001 Sharesave Scheme.

These shares will rank pari passu with existing ordinary shares and dealings are
expected to commence in the new ordinary shares at 8.00am on 4 March 2003.
