Coral Products plc, (the "Company" or the "Group") a specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of plastic products based in Wythenshawe, Manchester, announces it was informed on 22 June 2021 that David Low, a director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares at 13.75 pence ("Ordinary Shares"). As a result of this purchase, the aggregate holding of David Low including the holding of his spouse, Noelle Low, amounts to 1,230,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 1.48 per cent of the issued share capital.
