Re: Director's Share Dealings
Coral Products Plc ('Coral' or 'the Company'), one of Europe's leading
manufacturers and suppliers of media packaging for Digital Versatile Discs,
Videos and CDs, announces the following transactions in the share capital of
the Company by Mr. Derek King, Sales Director, and his spouse. These were
carried out on Tuesday 10 July 2001.
Mr. D A King and his spouse sold 36,000 Ordinary shares at 38 pence per share.
Mr. D A King and his spouse purchased 36,000 Ordinary Shares at 38.125 pence
per share.
The Company was notified of the above transactions, which were for tax
planning purposes, on Wednesday 11 July 2001.
Their beneficial interests in the share capital of the Company remain
unchanged.
