                       Notification of Director's Dealing


The Company was notified on 18 April 2002 of the following transactions by a
director and his spouse in the Company's shares.

On 16 April 2002 Derek King, a director, and his spouse, sold a total of 41,000
shares in Coral Products at 33.375p per share and immediately bought back a
total of 41,000 shares in the Company into their respective ISAs at 33.5p per
share.

Their overall beneficial holdings in Coral Products remains unchanged with Mr
King and his spouse interested in 1,150,120 shares, which represents 5.6% of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital.
