Directors' Dealing

The Company announces that it has today received the following notifications from PDMRs regarding dealings in restricted securities dated today, 27 January 2017. PDMR notification forms for the individuals in question have been included as an appendix to this announcement.

Joe Grimmond - Executive Chairman

Joe Grimmond, Executive Chairman of Coral, has informed the Company of the purchase of 100,000 shares in the Company at a price of 14.25p per share.

Mr Grimmond's shareholding in the Company following the transaction comprises 5,273,337 ordinary shares representing 6.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

David Low - Non-Executive Director

David Low, Non-Executive Director of Coral, has informed the Company of the purchase of 20,000 shares in the Company at a price of 14p per share.

Mr Low's shareholding in the Company following the transaction comprises 825,000 ordinary shares representing 1.0% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

The Company's issued share capital comprises of 82,614,865 ordinary shares (1p nominal value) with voting rights.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
