Coral Products PLC announces the following share transaction by a Director  of
the  Company, Mr Derek King, and his wife, Mrs Hilary King.  The  Company  was
notified  on  23  September 1999, the transaction having taking  place  on  21
September 1999.

Mr Derek King sold 9,900 Ordinary Shares at 68p per share.
Mrs Hilary King sold 9,900 Ordinary Shares at 68p per share.

Mr Derek King repurchased 9,900 Ordinary Shares at 68.125p per share.
Mrs Hilary King repurchased  9,900 Ordinary Shares at 68.125p per share.

Following the above sales and repurchases, their holdings remain unchanged.
