DIRECTORS' SHARE PURCHASES
Coral Products PLC, the UK manufacturer and supplier of media packaging
products for CDs and videos and a manufacturer of general housewares,
announces that it was notified on 8 December 1999 that the following share
purchases were made by directors of the Company on 8 December 1999.
Mr Stuart J Ferster and his wife
Mrs Shelley Ferster Bought 60,000 Ordinary shares at 56p
Mr Stuart Ferster and Mrs Shelley Ferster's beneficial holding in the Company,
following the above purchase, is 3,085,427 ordinary shares (15.09% of the
issued ordinary share capital).
Mr Jonathan B Lever Bought 30,000 Ordinary shares at 56p
Mr Lever's beneficial holding in the Company, following the above purchase, is
50,000 Ordinary shares (0.24% of the issued Ordinary share capital).
