Coral  Products PLC ('Coral' or 'the Company') announces that,  in  accordance
with  section  198 of the Companies Act 1985, it received notification  on  25
August  2000  from The Co-operation Retirement Fund (L) Limited ('the  Fund'),
that  the  Fund  no longer has any interest in the ordinary  shares  in  Coral
Products.
