                             Issue of New Shares

Coral Products PLC, ('the Company'), one of Europe's leading manufacturers and
suppliers of media packaging for Digital Versatile Disc (DVD), Video and CDs,
and general housewares, announces that following the maturity of an SAYE
Employee Share Scheme, the Company has issued, in accordance with the rules of
the scheme, a total of 93,317 new ordinary shares of 1p par value.  The new
shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing issued
ordinary shares.
