The announcement released on 12 November 2002 under RNS number 6643D should have
stated that Company purchased its shares on 11 November 2002 and not today as
previously announced.

The full corrected version is as below and replaces the previous announcement.


Pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's last annual
general meeting and in line with its stated strategy, Coral Products PLC
purchased, for cancellation, 20,000 of its own ordinary shares on 11 November
2002 at 41.5p per share.

Following the transaction the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
20,595,995 ordinary shares of 1p each.
