                                 Share buy-back



Pursuant to the authority granted by shareholders at the Company's last annual
general meeting and in line with its stated strategy, Coral Products PLC today
purchased, for cancellation, 20,000 of its own ordinary shares at 41.5p per
share.

Following the transaction the Company's issued ordinary share capital is
20,595,995 ordinary shares of 1p each.
