Result of General Meeting

The Company announces that, at the general meeting held earlier today, the resolution to cancel the Company's admission to the premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities (the "Cancellation") was duly passed. Accordingly, the Cancellation is expected to become effective at 8:00 a.m. on 16 August 2011.
