                               Trading Statement


The Interim Statement of the Company dated 9 December 2005 set out in clear
terms the difficulties of current trading. Some hope was held out in that
announcement as to further growth in the DVD market and a general improvement in
conditions. The purpose of this announcement is to advise shareholders that, to
date, neither has happened, and the Company continues to experience difficult
trading. This has further been exacerbated by the unavoidable increase in the
cost of power.
