Following a further subscription of shares the Company has today made
application for 500,000 new Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM with effect
from Monday 28 February 2005 under the authority granted to the Directors by a
resolution passed on 4 November 2004 within the meaning of Section 80(2) and
section 89(1) of the Act.
