Regency Mines PLC ("Regency" or the "Company") has been notified that Andrew Bell, Chairman of the Company, yesterday disposed of 1,000,000 ordinary 0.1p shares ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price of 1.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result of this disposal, Andrew Bell is now interested in 40,994,282 Ordinary Shares in the Company, of which 100,002 are held directly. This holding represents 10.03 per cent. of Regency's issued ordinary share capital.
