Arden Partners Appointed as NOMAD

Maestrano Group PLC (AIM: MNO), the Artificial Intelligence platform for transport corridor analytics, announces the appointment of Arden Partners plc as Nominated Adviser ("NOMAD") to the Company with immediate effect.

Arden Partners have been the Company's Broker since AIM admission on 30 May 2018.

Ian Buddery, Chairman of Maestrano, commented:

"The Board is grateful to Grant Thornton for their support and service as NOMAD since our admission to AIM.  After careful consideration, we have decided that appointing Arden to both key roles will better serve the interests of the Company and our shareholders."
