Further to the announcement made on 23 May 2024, Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Limited (the "Company"), an operationally focused, specialist digital infrastructure investor, confirms that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at The Stafford London, 16-18 St James's Place, London SW1A 1NJ on 24 July 2024 at 10:00am BST.
