Agreement with Man Securities

Mondas is pleased to announce that its trading subsidiary, Mondas Information
Technology Limited ('MITL') has signed an agreement with Man Securities
stockbroking division of Man Group plc, to deploy the Mondas Corporate Actions
solution, Radica CAPS, throughout its London securities operations.


Man Securities is the first securities house to sign an agreement subsequent
to the pioneering work that was carried out at Brewin Dolphin where Mondas now
services more than 800 users over multiple locations.

Actions is a process that cries out for automation to streamline operations,
handle volume events like the recent BT activity, whilst maintaining
compliance controls and handling exceptions. For those reasons, we are getting

achieve lower operating costs and minimise risk. The level of interest in this
product from all areas of the investment community has enabled us to expand
