Mondas PLC
('Mondas' or 'the Company')
The following announcement will be made at the Company's
Annual General Meeting today:
Announcement of Alliance with NetStore plc.
Mondas PLC, a leading e-Business software house,
specialising in the securities and banking markets and
Internet software, is delighted to announce it has signed
an alliance agreement with NetStore plc ('NetStore').
NetStore plc, Europe's leading Application Service
Provider, hosts and manages software applications for
customers on a fixed price, per user, per month basis via
the Internet. This agreement enables Mondas and NetStore
to offer complete e-business solutions alongside
NetStore's ASP services.
Under this partnership agreement, opportunities for the
additional 'in-house' infrastructure solutions required
by NetStore customers will be passed to Mondas. The
agreement will also enable Mondas, as a Reseller of
NetStore ASP services, to offer these services for
organisation-wide Microsoft Exchange email solutions and
secure backup, storage and retrieval of mission critical
information.
The projected growth of the European ASP markets gives
both NetStore and Mondas an opportunity to deliver a
complete solution offering real and quantifiable business
benefits to their customers.
Tim Simon, Chief Executive of Mondas PLC commented:
'There is no doubt about the growth potential of the ASP
market, and this joint initiative with NetStore ensures
that we will be able to exploit this opportunity fully.
We believe that this agreement will be the start of a
very productive relationship.'
Gary Smith, Chief Executive Officer of NetStore plc
added:
'NetStore is delighted to add Mondas to its expanding
reseller base. The financial services market represents a
significant growth area for the ASP delivery model. We
are looking forward to developing this opportunity
through our partnership with Mondas.'
