Mondas plc ('Mondas' or 'the Company')
Directors' shareholdings
The Company has been advised that earlier today Teather & Greenwood Limited
placed 4,407,259 ordinary shares held by Mr D.T.A Simon and his family with
institutions and certain directors of the Company at 11.5p per share.
Jarlath McGee and Ian Selby acquired 220,000 and 100,000 ordinary shares
respectively in the placing. Their shareholdings following the above transaction
are as follows:
