Corero Network Security plc
("Corero" or the "Company")
Director change
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, has received notice that CrossHill Debt II L.P. and CrossHill Georgetown Capital L.P. ("CrossHill") no longer wish to exercise their right to be represented by a non-executive director on the Board of Corero. As a result Mr Stephen Graham, non-executive director, will resign with effect from 30 June 2012.

The Company has commenced a process to recruit an additional independent non-executive director and will make an announcement on this in due course.
Jens Montanana, Chairman of Corero, commented "I would like to thank Stephen Graham for his contribution to the Board and thank CrossHill for their continued support as a shareholder and loan note holder."
Corero Network Security plc will be publishing a trading update for the 6 months to 30 June 2012 at the end of July and announcing its interim results in early September 2012.
