Mondas PLC ('Mondas' or the 'Company')
It has come to the Company's attention, that between 6th
January 2000 and 3rd March 2000, Stephen Lord, who was a
director of Mondas until resigning on Friday 17th March
2000, sold a total of 185,000 ordinary shares of 10p each
in Mondas, representing 1.47 per cent.of its issued share
capital, in the quantities, on the dates and at the
prices set out below:
