Mondas announces that the Company was notified today that, following a sale of
100,000 ordinary shares on 9 September 2005, JOHCM OEIC Managers LLP now holds
2,300,000 Mondas ordinary shares, equivalent to 8.81 per cent of the ordinary
share capital of the Company.
