                               Holding in Company

On 18 January 2006 the Company was notified that, as at 17 January 2006, AXA
Investment Managers UK Limited, held 3,515,913 Mondas ordinary shares,
equivalent to 9.65 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company has also been notified that the shareholding comprises a beneficial
interest of 42,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.12 per cent. of the issued
share capital of the Company, are held by Sun Life Pensions Management Limited
and a non-beneficial interest of 3,473,913 ordinary shares, representing 9.53
per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, are held by HSBC Global
Custody Nominees (UK) Limited.
