Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, was notified today that on 21 May 2013 BFG Investments Group Limited, a company which is wholly owned by Andre Stewart, sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the sale, Andre Stewart is interested in a total of 3,039,023 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.55 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company, of which BFG Investments Group Limited is interested in 2,731,023 Ordinary Shares, representing 3.19 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
