Increase in Holdings
Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, announces that André Stewart, a former employee of the Group is now interested in 6,039,023 ordinary shares of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 10.3% of Corero's issued share capital. This follows an exercise by Mr Stewart of share options over a total of 308,000 Ordinary Shares.
Accordingly, the Company has today issued 308,000 new Ordinary Shares and application has been made for the new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM, which will rank pari passu with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares, and admission is expected to be effective on 12 November 2012.
Following admission of the new Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 58,637,412 Ordinary Shares in issue with each share carrying the right to one vote. There are no shares held in Treasury. The total number of voting rights in Corero is therefore 58,637,412. This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, Corero under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
