Corero Network Security plc (AIM: CNS), the network security and business software provider, confirms that further to the Company's results announcement dated 20 March 2012, the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2011, the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy have today been posted to shareholders.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are available to download from the Company's website (www.coreroplc.com) and in person from the registered office of the Company, 169 High Street, Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire WD3 1AY.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of finnCap, 60 New Broad Street, London EC2M 1JJ at 10:00am on Thursday 7 June 2012.
