Mondas signs two year contract with Brewin Dolphin
Mondas PLC, the securities and investment software solution specialist, today
announces that Brewin Dolphin Securities Limited has signed a contract with a
£1.42 million commitment to project services and support over the next two
years; £940,000 in 2002-3 and £485,000 in 2003-4. This is in addition to £1.42
million (total contract value £2.84m), which has already been paid, benefiting
prior periods, and formalises the grant of two special perpetual licences for
850 users to Brewin Dolphin, for the supply of Mondas' Radica Portfolio
Management system and for Radica Corporate Actions Processing System ('CAPS').
Mondas' Portfolio Management system benefits the user through providing holdings
and dealing history, portfolio valuations and portfolio performance measurement.
The Mondas 'Radica CAPS' product provides the user with a straight through
processing system for corporate actions. Existing clients already benefiting
from Mondas' 'Radica CAPS' product includes: Close Wealth Management (part of
the Close Brothers Group, a FTSE 250 company) and Man Securities (member of Man
Group plc, a FTSE 100 company, a leading global provider of alternative asset
investments funds and one of the world's largest futures brokers).
This new Brewin Dolphin contract consists of a service level agreement covering
support standards, response times and bug fix deadlines, as well as software
development projects and their implementation, training, general IT support and
project management services.
