Corero Business Systems signs significant reseller agreement with Serco Learning

Corero Network Security plc, the AIM listed network security and business software provider, is pleased to announce that Corero Business Systems has signed a reseller agreement with Serco Learning which will see Serco Learning provide integrated finance and schools management business solutions. Serco Learning, part of FTSE 100 listed Serco plc, one of the world's leading services companies, provides 21^st century educational technology solutions to over 2,000 schools and local authorities worldwide.

The integrated solution from Corero and Serco Learning will provide schools with increased efficiencies by streamlining key school processes, reducing unnecessary duplication of data and help eliminate the need for paper through the use of the latest technology. Corero's Resource Financials & HR software solution will be integrated with Serco Learning's recently launched 4^th generation Information Management System, Progresso, to offer a solution aimed at helping schools to control costs and improve cash flows against the background of today's tighter public sector funding environment.

This is a significant endorsement of Corero Business Systems' Resource Financials & HR solution and represents an exciting opportunity to build upon the growth and success the business has delivered over the past few years.
