Stephen Lord Resigns from the Board

The Company announces that Stephen Lord has resigned from the Board of Mondas
PLC, with effect from 17th March 2000, to pursue other interests.  The Board
has appointed Graham Ross as Director of Technical Operations of Mondas
Information Technology Limited ('MITL'). Graham has joined the Company from
Aran Software plc where he was Head of Development working in the financial
sector designing and deploying systems including securities trading and
settlement, international banking, and treasury.  He will be responsible for
MITL's technical operations, product development, customer projects and
technical support.
